Our client, a leading Western European importer and distributor of ready-to-wear garments, with specialization in men’s and children’s knitwear as well as leisurewear and jackets, was interested in expanding operations in the Polish retail market. The client envisaged doing so by establishing cooperation with a local retailer. PMR Consulting was asked to perform a Commercial Due Diligence of the potential acquisition partner.
Our deliverables
A team of PMR consultants, in close cooperation with representatives from the client’s and the target acquisition company, performed the Commercial Due Diligence of the Polish retailer. The conducted Due Diligence equipped our client with a detailed analysis of acquisition target’s operations, finances, market positioning, future strategy and other essential information.
