Our client, a leading manufacturer of elevators with a global presence, wanted to obtain detailed information on prices and the latest trends on the Russian market. The client’s main goal was to understand its position on the Russian elevator market in order to devise a strategy for expanding its operations. The client also needed an analysis of the prices of its main competitors’ products as well as information on the most popular type of elevators on the market.
Our deliverables
In order to analyse the elevator market in detail, quantitative and qualitative information was gathered through in-depth interviews.
