Our client, a leading European medical services provider, was interested in entering the Polish market and wanted to find out as much as possible about potential competitors, the legal environment and attitudes in Polish society towards private medical services.
Our deliverables
PMR consultants conducted an in-depth market study, contacted key market players and key decision makers in the field of medical services, and conducted interviews with the client’s main competitors. Face-to-face meetings were also arranged with representatives of leading market players already present on the Polish market. The project was conducted in collaboration with PMR Research, whose role was to find out the willingness of Polish society to invest in private healthcare services and compile a profile of the most promising customer for our client.
