Client's need
Our client, one of the major European pharmaceutical companies with an existing product range in Central and Eastern Europe, considered finding new partners on some of the markets to help them market and distribute their products in Hungary, Poland and Russia. The company wanted to find out which companies meeting their initial requirements would be interested in potential cooperation.
Our deliverables
After a workshop with the client during which the client's needs and priorities were discussed and information already possessed by the client was passed to the project team, PMR consultants proceeded with the preparation of a long list of potential partners for our client. For the next step, all the companies were contacted for an initial evaluation against the client’s requirements of potential partners and to establish their interest in cooperation. The companies interested received more information on the client and its products. The final step was to schedule meetings with those companies selected by the client as well as to organize a trip for the client’s representatives to visit the companies.
Value for the client
The client met several companies with whom they will consider future cooperation. In addition to both long and short lists of companies the client received valuable comments gathered during conversations our consultants had with various companies while evaluating them against client requirements and verifying their interest in cooperation. In the last phase of the project, the client finalized negotiations with one of the companies and successfully signed cooperation agreement.
