 Client's problem:
Our client’s management team needed a clear, independent view of the market they were working in. As PMR has for years been one of the key opinion leaders in the telecom sector in Poland and the other Central Eastern European countries, publishing independent reports, newsletters and carrying out independent custom made analyses, we were a perfect match for our client. |
Our solution:
A team consisting of an independent telecom market expert and one of the PMR Consulting managers prepared a workshop to which our client sent key business analysts, product managers and team leaders so that opinions on the market and its future could be openly challenged and discussed. One of the key tasks was to facilitate an atmosphere in which people who hardly knew each other were able to express their opinions freely.

The project ended in two workshop sessions organized within 6 months of each other.
