Our solution:
Since the construction market is steadily growing in Poland, as well as demand for bricks and other construction materials, PMR estimated that this might be a good opportunity for the client to search for local partners interested in high quality clay brick plants. PMR identified 4 broad groups of firms potentially interested in the client's offer: brickyards, private equity funds, construction materials producers and construction companies. Within each group PMR identified between 20 - 30 of the most important players on the Polish market and contacted them. We presented the client and their offer and asked about their potential interest. Then we prepared detailed profiles (including activity, contact details and English speaking contact person) of the firms which expressed interest in our client's offer and proposed meetings with our client.
How the project ended:
The project result was a list of ca. 15 potential partner companies from the 4 above-mentioned groups in Poland, together with their detailed profiles, who were willing to meet with our client in order to discuss cooperation opportunities.
Delivery time:
15 working days.
What the client received through this project:
The client obtained a complete list of potential partners in Poland market and immediately after arranged first meetings with them.
