Partner search in the luxury goods market and business assistance during the client's meetings with potential partners in Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary.
 Client's problem:
The leading multinational diamond and jewellery manufacturer is planning to expand its sales into the markets of Central and Eastern Europe. The economic growth of the region has been very dynamic over recent years, which has resulted in increasing demand for luxury products. The client's objective was to identify reliable partners in the CEE states in order to establish a long term cooperation. |
Our solution:
Country by country we conducted thorough market research in order to assess the size of the market, its growth potential, as well as to identify the main market players. We prepared a list of companies with their contact details, a contact person speaking English and the company profile necessary to assess the company strength on the market. We consulted the list with the client and together selected the target companies from each country with whom we should arrange meetings. Firstly, we provided the companies with an official introduction letter and a catalogue from our client and we followed up with a telephone call in order to organise a meeting. Once the meetings have been scheduled we organized the visit of our client in the given country, helping him with a visa application, hotel arrangements, logistics as well as providing him with business assistance, advice and interpreting during the meetings.
Delivery time:
35 days per country
What the client received through this project:
The project was concluded with 3 to 4 day visits per country, during which the client had an opportunity to meet decision makers from four to seven companies, leaders on each of the markets. We completed the project in Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary and currently we are planning to focus on further CEE markets. The client met leading companies, discussed long-term business opportunities with them, presented his offer and shortly after managed to establish very good and prospective cooperation with some new partners.
