Our solution:
Our client was interested in the companies from the southern part of Poland and therefore our search was focused on three main southern Polish cities: Wroclaw, Katowice and Krakow. In each of the cities we identified approximately 25 companies which initially fulfilled our client's requirements. On the basis of additional criteria provided by the client, the lists were shortened to circa 10 firms per each city. Then we contacted decision makers from the selected companies in order to ask for additional information, for instance: ownership structure, legal form, number of employees, financial results, completed projects, main scope of activity, etc. The gathered data helped our client in short-listing these potential companies to 9 best potential target companies from the southern part of Poland.
PMR's task at the last stage of the project was to organise the client's visit in Poland, arrange and schedule meetings with owners of selected firms, provide logistics during the visit as well as business assistance and interpretation at meetings. The visit took four days and after this we managed to recommend three out of the nine companies which were analyzed in detail by PMR from the financial and organisational perspective.

The project resulted in the selection of three most promising Polish companies as partner firms for our client. The client obtained complete and comprehensive information on the selected companies which fulfilled client's strict criteria.
