The client is one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in Europe and they decided to do global sourcing study for graphic services. They decided to use the services of PMR Consulting to do the sourcing study in CEE. |
Our solution:
PMR consultants evaluated the CEE market in order to provide the client with a list of the best countries where the search for partner companies should take place. After the evaluation of the region, PMR Consulting decided that biggest potential lays in Macedonia, Serbia, Croatia, Poland, Bulgaria and the Czech Republic. PMR consultants found the companies that fit the criteria posted by the client, established contact with the key management staff in each of the selected companies, and provided strategic advise regarding the best potential candidates in these countries.

The client received a long list of companies that initially met their criteria, then a short list of the best companies in the selected countries and contacts to key management in the companies on the list. With this information they can decide where to outsource the services.
