Our solution:
Through desk-research PMR Consultants identified companies who produce or distribute construction materials in Russia. Then we interviewed them, keeping the client's name confidential, in order to check the information we had previously collected, to find out some additional data and to make sure that they met the criteria established by the client. As financial reports issued by various organizations / institutions in Russia very often have incomplete or out-of-date information regarding turnover and employee numbers, we completed these figures based on knowledge and the our respondents' estimates.
How the project ended:
PMR Consultants prepared a file with a short description, turnover, number of employees and contact details of all companies. We also ranked them according to our client's criteria and our findings after the interviews.
