Database of companies interested in buying our client’s services – pilot study

Our client, one of the leading software and IT consulting providers in Poland, planned to broaden its database of potential clients. |
Our solution:
Thanks to the databases held by PMR Publications and the additional desk research conducted by PMR consultants, PMR managed to create a list of potential future customers for our client. In the research PMR focused on medium and big enterprises. The companies were listed according to the specific criteria agreed with the clients beforehand. In the second stage of our work, PMR consultants got in touch with the companies listed in the database, obtained the contact details of the decision-maker responsible for purchasing IT hardware and software and phoned them. Our respondents were asked questions about their companies’ plans for purchasing particular IT solutions in the particular time periods.

What the client received through this project:
PMR Consulting prepared a list of companies that confirmed having plans for the purchasing of particular IT solutions within the specified timeframes. Each company that was a potential customer of our client was profiled. The profiles obtained detailed information about financial results, employment and types of IT solution used.
