Based on this, PMR Consultants identified several key projects and elaborated on them, including the overall project value as well as the share of project management costs. The results have been cross-checked with construction sector experts.

The project ended with a list of several projects, both commercial and infrastructural, delivered to the client along with a report describing the mechanisms driving the estimation of project management fees in the Polish construction sector.

Through this project our client has gained an overview of the most important construction projects in the commercial as well as infrastructural segment completed in Poland in the past two years.
