Our client, a leading Western European importer and distributor of ready-to-wear garments, with specialization in men’s and children’s knitwear as well as leisurewear and jackets, was interested in expanding operations in the Polish retail market. The client envisaged doing so by establishing cooperation with a local retailer. PMR Consulting was asked to perform a Commercial Due Diligence of the potential acquisition partner. |
