Based on the client’s requirements and PMR’s own methodology our team started gathering data both from public sources and from contacts with the target company’s stakeholders located outside its structure, in order to gain firsthand knowledge and to understand the general situation of the company and its operations. The process was made even more complicated as the company on which the Commercial Due Diligence was carried out has an opaque shareholder structure, according to which the shareholders are registered in tax havens. Hence, all the information required cross-checking by multiple sources.
