 Client's problem:
Our client, an international supplier of infrastructure and services for mobile business solutions, was interested in selling its products on the Russian and Ukrainian markets. The client, after receiving a list of potential companies that they could target as a result of the previous project conducted by PMR, was interested in establishing contact and setting up meetings with the companies that would be interested in their products and services. |
Our solution:
PMR consultants approached the potential clients by first establishing contact with the relevant decision-makers at the companies, sent information on the client’s offering, followed up on the previous steps, and set up a number of meetings for the client to travel to meet the relevant decision-makers within these firms.

PMR consultants prepared a file with a list of scheduled meetings with companies in Russia and Ukraine that would be interested in meeting the client to review the product.
