Our solution:
After the contents of the study and the questionnaire were agreed upon with the client, the PMR project team, consisting of PMR Consultants and PMR Research market researchers, interviewed middle and upper level staff of 40 companies operating in the fields of biotechnology, chemicals and ecology, registered in the Pomeranian (Pomorskie) voivodeship. The list of companies was provided by the client. Our areas of interest included the performance of the companies in the last couple of years, their predictions and strategy for the future, and their interest in the BioEcoChem cluster in their region.
How the project ended:
The clients received a clear overview of the companies considered to be potential cluster founding members. The information provided ranged from the companies’ previous financial performance, employment and product offer to their plans for the future, information about the companies’ Research and Development departments, and their opinions on the idea of the cluster.

The clients received a presentation summarizing our findings, detailed profiles of the companies analysed, and transcripts of the interviews (if interviewed respondents did not request anonymity).
