Our solution:
A team of PMR Consultants organized a workshop with the owners and management of the analysed retailer in order to analyse their business strategy in form of a Commercial Due Diligence process. We gathered information on everyday operations, relations with stakeholders, footfall, extension plans as well as views on the market development. In co-operation with PMR Research - a department of PMR Ltd. specialised in statistic based market research, we organized a quantitative study covering a representative sample of stakeholders checking their satisfaction level, future plans regarding retailers as well as their outlook towards the future of their business. Following this part we have analysed the target company's economical environment with focus on competitive players, substitutes while taking into account factors such as retailer location accessibility for the customers and any other factor that could significantly influence the future of the discussed business model.

The result of the study has been presented to the client both in form of over 150 page report and recommendation.
