Our solution:
A team of PMR Consultants organized a workshop with client's management to analyse their business and strategy in a form of a Commercial Due Diligence process. We gathered information on various crucial aspects like brand portfolio, brand strategy, opinions on the market, comparison with competitors and other information necessary to understand client operations. Based on the information collected, we prepared a report that clearly states client's market potential, strategy, future plans as well as evaluated it in comparison with what is going on the market and competitors' activities.

The result of the study has been presented to the client both in form of over 100 page report and a presentation.
